On a dreary Sunday afternoon, we sat down with Told Not To Worry before their set at Omen Skate Shop. We were able to have a nice little chat about their new release and their upcoming plans that follow. This band is on a steady uphill climb and they’ve done nothing but blow me away. Told Not To Worry puts on a great performance and it sure to leave you either as a fan or in putrid disgust. Here’s what they had to say…

Brian - Violence in a small area
Jane - Anxiety music for gay people
Seth - Loud and scary

You guys just released a single over the weekend, Is that leading up to something bigger?
Marty - We’re about to do a split with the homies in Ultra Violet and then we got some other shit coming later that I don’t think we can leak yet

Jane - Don’t have kids for the wrong reason
Marty - Don’t text and drive

Do you have any plans for out-of-state shows/tours?
Marty: Yeah I think we’re trying to do a big tour this winter hit like a bunch of places on the East Coast
Jane: Philly, New York City, I think Vermont, New Jersey, Ohio; middling. The world
